Well Park is ideally situated for exploring the area and enjoying everything
Pembrokeshire has to offer. A 15 minute walk takes you to the quiet
secluded Waterwynch Bay where the children can potter about in the rock
pools or you can enjoy an early morning swim in the clear waters.
The area’s premier resort of Tenby
is just one mile away – or a little less via a country
path if you choose to walk. The town centre has a wide
choice of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes.
There are four beaches at Tenby: North Beach, Castle
Beach, Harbour Beach, and South Beach with its 1
& ¼ miles of golden sand you will always
be able to find your own space.

The sister resort of Saundersfoot
is just 1 & ½ miles in the other
direction where golden sands stretch from the charming
village centre to nearby Coppet Hall where an interesting
walk leads you through the old railway tunnels to the
waterfront hamlet of Wiseman's Bridge.
The picturesque harbours at both resorts are always a hive of
activity and there are boats operating mackerel and deep sea
fishing trips.
From Tenby harbour you can take boat trips to and around
Caldey
Island, home to a Cistercian order of monks who
produce perfume from the wild gorse. The cliffs around
the island are home to a colony of grey seals, and you
can often see them swimming in the coves or basking
on the rocks with their young pups.
Away from the resorts there is plenty to do with a wide
variety of activities to choose from. Manor
House Wildlife Park, The Dinosaur Experience, Heatherton
Country Sports Park and Oakwood
Theme Park with its white knuckle rides, all make
great days out for families of all ages, whilst Folly
Farm is an ideal attraction for younger children,
with friendly farm animals to pet and an indoor fun
fair.
