Fully fitted kitchen area with built-in electric cooker,
electric kettle, fridge and microwave. One bedroom with
a double bed, the other with two 2ft 6in single beds
- all duvets provided. Tiled bathroom with bath, toilet,
wash hand basin and shaver point. Heating in bedrooms
and bathroom. Double glazed windows. Electricity is
on a meter (£1.00 coins). For that extra touch of luxury,
really super accommodation in which to spend an enjoyable

N.B. The flat is approached by a flight
of steps. Not suitable for very young children.
